Usually takes 5-25 business days not including weekend. Please check on the "orders update" for current turn around time. It changes weekly.
ARE POLYMER CLAY EARRINGS HEAVY?
Polymer clay is super light weight. Usually lighter than a quater.
WHAT KIND OF FINDING DO YOU USE?
Our findings are hypoallergenic and nickle free. We do offer many options like gold findings, back levers for stretched ears, clip ons, studs and hooks.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Not at the moment. I'm sorry. JUST color customization.
WHAT KIND OF CARE DO MY EARRINGS NEED?
If you need to clean your findings you can use brasso metal polish. If you need to clean the earrings you can use a baby wipe or rubbing alcohol. Polymer clay is durable but you must still handle with care and put away correctly.
DO YOU DO REFUNDS OF EXCHANGES?
I do not do refunds nor exchanges. No cancellations either. If your earrings arrive broken you can email me and we can find a solution. If a couple of weeks passed then you email me I will not refund you or send another if broken. Once they're out of my hands and in your hands theres nothing I can do.
I NEED MY EARRINGS BY A CERTAIN DAY, WHAT CAN I DO?
For any rushed orders there will be a $15+ fee applied. Please plan accordingly.
I THINK MY EARRINGS ARE LOST OR I GAVE YOU THE WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?
When I drop off your order at the post office its out of my control what happens to the package or when it will arrive. I will not send you another pair because it has happen before that a person received their package 2 months later. You can contact your local post office if you suspect it has been lost. Once its dropped off theres nothing I can do to help.
If you gave the wrong address we would have to wait till I receive it back and there will be a fee to resend your package again.
I will try my best to help you but theres not much I can do once dropped off.
